Trouble with membership?

I’ve had my renewal set to auto renew and I keep getting emails saying I’m not paid member anymore. It still has my same member number and all but somethings up. Anyone else experienced something similar?

    Has your credit card expired? I know I just got an updated card and will have to update

    As erebus mentioned, maybe your credit card on file has expired so the auto-renew can't go through. You have a 1-month grace period I think, but better check it out/pay soon so as to keep your member number/seniority.

    Don't want to lose that membership number. You probably have a decent one. Reach out to 10c if you can't get it sorted.

    Got it sorted. It’s the card I use all the time with the website, just for some reason the card company flagged the auto renewal from ten club and then locked it out. So every attempt they made came back as declined. Odd. 
    Ya was worried and thankful for the 90 day grace period!

    Mine declined a few years ago for the same reason.
