    Record Store Day

Records Store days Saturday June 12th & July 17th, 2021

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Pearl Jam’s iconic debut album, Ten. The infamous song “Alive” was a single off of the album, and in celebration it is being reissued as both a 12” vinyl and cassette single for Record Store Day on Saturday July 17, 2021.

The “Alive” cassette is a replica of the cassette that was originally used during the time of release.
It includes the promo version of “Alive” along with “Wash” and “I’ve Got A Feeling” repeated on both sides.

The 12” vinyl has all four tracks included on side A while side B has an etching of the band’s ‘Stick Man’ logo.

So this is just the 10 version of Alive, right?

I still buy CDs. Pretty much anything that's PJ & PJ related CD official releases, bootlegs & promos.

Would that happen?  I often feel like I'm a holdout that still loves physical media.  Both records and bluray's.   The problem is I've pretty much stopped buying CD's except for PJ related things.  For music I've gone vinyl or digital.   I made a FLAC collection which is the same audio quality as a CD and I can use them in my truck, on my phone, even on the home stereo.  No real need to put on the CD any more.

I suppose anything's possible.  I loathe tapes (both cassette and VHS) but there still seems to be markets for those.  lol.

Weird, unless I'm missing and and I think Demetrios posted the same piece above, in PJ's June newsletter for RSD I don't see Dirty Frank mentioned as a song being released.
