    Nope.  Wife is still wrestling with if she will return to work travel this summer and I am in VT visiting my family now for the first time since before COVID...and I am quarantining at a hotel when I go back, before returning to my house.  Fucking COVID.
    Until this shit is ironed out, not concerts...not worth quarantining to do it.

    Even so, I don't like the lineup too much, am not a festival guy, and AM ok waiting for MSG and Baltimore.  (And hopefully Philly!)

    My sister came down from upstate New York this weekend with her husband to visit me, my mom and my uncle. Haven't seen her in about a year and a half cause of the pandemic obviously. Yesterday we went to Longwood Gardens. It was pretty packed and about 75% of the people weren't wearing masks. It was just odd to see stuff getting back to "normal". Longwood isn't really my thang but they did have a cool light show with the fountains at nighttime. Today visited my uncle in Newark, Delaware. Went out to eat in Chesapeake, MD. Lot of cicadas around that area. Wonder when they'll hit our area?

    Aside from not want to be on a packed beach with 100,000 people the Sea Hear Now is the night before Phila Distance Run, so no Asbury Park for me. This band is clearly following up this show with an Eastern US tour of replacement dates (hello Baltimore!) - right? RIGHT?!?

    Ahhhhhh shit. This weekend is gonna be the tits.  Golf at 8:30 Saturday at Riverwinds, tailgate with a good dozen then the game and whatever happens after. 

    Sunday game with the family, likely hungover as all hell. 

    To add, writing this while putting the daughter to sleep and she stands up saying “daddy want to see me hop on one foot?!!”…why no as a matter of fact I do not. Fuck I need Saturday bad

    Man, I'd read that but I hate giving Hayes the clicks. But, yeah, I read it. I would love any reason to move on from Neris, but that's how bad this bullpen is - they can't. 

    BTW, I'm a fan of incentives up to a point. Always reminds me of a good point in the Freakonomics books where the author would give his daughter an M&M every time she peed in their training potty. It worked until the little girl then just started faking it and/or pissed every other minute a tiny drop for a piece of candy.
