    Oh gawd! The only think I can think of is to split the file and zip up the bits, but I have no idea how you do that. And I don't know how its put back together again either. Hope someone knows around here.

    Winrar lets you zip the file and split it into multiple segments and is really simple to use. May be worth splitting into 3 parts?
