Calling a movie "pretty good" I think means you would recommend it to most. I think this has a lot of nostalgia, with the lines like "get over here." Outside of 90s kids who remember playing this in the arcade, I'm not sure who would be interested. If it wasn't for the game I would have no desire to see this.
I have to say - rewatched the 95 movie this Christmas and it is actually surprisingly well done. Not saying it is amazing in any way. But it looks like something people wanted to make well, and made well and did the best they could with, with it being tied to a fighting game that had "we have blood in ours, Street Fighter doesn't" as its main selling point.
