Did anyone else try for the Russian River Pliny The Younger release today?
It was like trying to get Nikes on the SNKRs app or PJ tix on TM.

haha 100%. i feel like i could not have carted it any faster and then just got the 5 minute wait before seeing it sold out in my cart

I didn’t try. Never had the beer either. Kind of glad I didn’t after hearing this.

My wait was under 4 minutes before the sold out message.

A good one from Hop Butcher.  Had some nice bitterness to it.

Got it. Followed all of their tips and used the skills I've learned from waiting for record drops. That and a whole lotta lucky got me to the winners circle. I didn't even have to wait in the line. I tried to get another sent to a friend and that's when I hit the line and sold out.
1991- Hollywood Palladium, California with Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains -RIP Magazine Show Oct. 6th

    Nothing since then. I suck.
2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights
    2022- Oakland Night 2

I didn’t grab that one, but may have to now. I like bitterness. I did grab Double Grid which is one of my favorites from them. Had this one last week for a change of pace west-coast type. It was good. Oh, nice glass by the way...

A unique stout. Bourbon barrel aged, cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla with guajillo, ancho and habanero chili peppers.

I would try, but probably not finish.
The high alcohol I would love to try and would most likely finish.

^ Good looking haziness, bud.  That porter I had was heavy coffee, chocolate and vanilla.  It was really, really good.  Can only have one though.  Pretty sweet and rich.

Nice!  Picked up a 2 pack as well....will probably drink one tonight.  The Pressed series is fantastic.  And not sure if you've tried any of the BA beers from P3, but those are phenomenal.

^ You're in for a treat, bud! I always enjoy the Pressed series as well, but this one might be the best yet. Haven’t had any of their BA stuff actually, but I hear the Curvature series is really good. They don’t distribute those and the brewery is kind of a hike for me, so I haven’t taken the plunge.

Yeah, it's a hike for me to get out to Lake Zurich too.  The Curvature series has been awesome as well.  Majority of their BA stuff goes to their Ambassador club that they started last year.....A friend is in the club so I've been able to try all of the Eunoia series.  They have all been incredible so far.  Hopefully they open up more to the public soon.

Very cool. I’m going to have to try to get my hands on some.  On a side note, how do you like their DIPAs in general? I enjoy them. Some more than others. I still give HB the nod though.
