I find this with homemade pizzas, but some places I have had the supreme or something that looked hideously stacked with stuff and it tasted really good. With that stated, I tend to stick to your rule. Pepp and olives is also a frequent choice.
Either - typically go with black but love pretty much all olives.

Olives are one of the very few foods that doesn’t agree with my palette. When I lived in Spain they literally served them with every single meal.I'll ride the wave where it takes me......0

Local spot emailed this to me today. No better way to wow my wife than with a heart shaped pie for V Day 😂

Just went to my favorite slice place (I have posted some photos here from them). The guy told me that the rumor I heard about them closing was true. He said they will likely be closing down at the end of the month due to lack of business. There are plenty of good pizza places nearby but this was my favorite for when I decide at the last minute that I don’t feel like cooking and just want to get a slice. They are literally two blocks away and the pizza is so good. Damn Covid 😢0

First, I love that Heart Pizza!
Second, that sucks that your local joint is closing, GG. Who knows how many places we will lose by the end of this...The love he receives is the love that is saved0 -
