    I kept hitting go on my text keyboard on my phone after I finished inputting my address...don’t know how it worked but the payment option never highlighted for me

    Fetching shipping rates seems to be what's causing most of the problems. I'd keep clicking in and out of the email address field, as that's the last "shipping address" field, and clicking out of it is what attempts to fetch shipping rates. If you're able to get rates, then you should be able to select a payment method. If you're trying to pay using a credit card directly, then you may also get a 500 when you hit "Place Order". If you do, the page will just jump to top with an empty green box (instead of taking you to a confirmation page). If that's the case, click into the email address box again and use the tab key (should be 7 or 8 strokes) until you're on the (disabled) place order button - and hit enter. It will try to submit again. Eventually it will work... just depends on timing.

    Double check your address info at checkout and try again.There was a pulldown on the state part  that I just typed in my state but I went back used that and it worked. Keep Trying

    I MIGHT have just gotten through using Amazon Pay.  I received an Amazon Pay email saying they are processing my payment.

    There is a merchant order # in the email, but its 33,xxx, so I dont know how helpful that is.

    Hoping to get something from Keegan's website soon.

    EDIT - Just received the email confirmation from Keegan - same confirmation number.

    I can't believe I got one.

    Ditto. I received 'processing' notice email from Amazon Pay followed by a confirmation email from Keegan's site :smiley:

    Keep tabbing through the fields, make sure you get the United States and State. I went through PayPal. Have a charge from PayPal and order number on website. no confirmation email yet.

    Ditto, took an hour of hitting refresh and re filling out the shipping details (to get the order through to Paypal) but eventually got one, so there's still hope folks!

    Went the Amazon route, will see what happens. Got this from Amazon.

    ok i figured out the trick
    if you get internal server error
    go back to your password in creating an account
    keep presing enter on the fifth internal server it caught and exectured me thru paypal to final confirmation

    I got paypal confirmation and charge but when it went back to Keegan it said database error lol

    Confirmation email finally!
