    Well that's an interesting question.  There will an acting tran sec'y, but since the person won't be senate confirmed would they be able to vote on the 25th?  No clue.  
    Head of cabinets need to be Senator confirmed, not acting. At least that’s what I’ve gathered from legal Twitter.

    On the 20th.They will have the majority when Kamala Harris is sworn in and breaks the tie as President of the Senate. Right now they are tied with Pence as Senate  President. They are in recess till the 19th, I believe.

    You know what I just changed my mind.  I don’t want the 25th amendment because i think pence would pardon him like Ford did with Nixon.  I want Trump to see the inside of a courtroom after his presidency.

    Ya thats as good as it is going to get I guess. Almost like he is giving that at gun point during parts and delusional as ever during others. Also you mentioned seeing him in the court rooms the State courts will get him if they have anything and Pence won't save him on any of that. 

    Also the video edits make me wonder what else he said and had cut.
