    Agreed....he knows he lost.  It's his narcissism that requires him to go to the nth degree to convince everyone else that he won.  That way he isn't a "loser" in his mind.  He didn't lose it was stolen from him.
    I actually think he believes he won but it's more because he has to talk himself into it. Deep down there are probably doubts but I do think he believes he won.  But it's rooted in his own fear of being a "loser."

    i think cruz was blindsided by the trump support during the primaries. he simply could not understand how someone could be so vile and yet be so popular. he has decided this is his shot at keeping or even gaining support: embrace it. that's what all of these spineless turds like him and lindsay and kellyanne and kayleigh and even that new guy leading this charge; they've all heavily criticized and even mocked trump in the past, but when it came time to choose career or morals, they chose the former.
