From Gigaton: Quick escape, Dance, 7 o'clock, retrograde and river cross Nothing as it seems, I got shit, in my tree, leash and garden. Have never heard this songs live and there are killer songs (for me)

This thread does not bode well for the new material; unless maybe people were just picking their all time favorites. I believe I counted only 5 times a new song was mentioned. Pearl Jam will play the new stuff when they return, but they've always been good at mixing it up and including other fan favorites. Problem is; we fans have our own favorites. It's all good. Just hope it happens sometime next year.
The thread specifies songs desired to be played more regularly, right? I think it is safe to assume they will play new music regularly when they resume playing live. Would be odd if they just ignored the new record.
Correct , Gigaton is going to get tons of play I would hope , this is for songs you have been missing or wish you would see if you did a run of 5 shows or so , songs that you would hope to hear at least twice.
Pretty simple , I know the thrill of the show is you never know what you are going to hear , however you always know you have a good chance of Alive , E-Flow , RITFW ect…. So if you could pick any five songs that you wish were played more regularly once they start to tour again what would they be?
In no order and really I can change day to day
I Got Shit Love Boat Captain Sad Education Light Years
5 lately w/brief rationale Unthought Known (like hearing EV screaming gems & rhinestones/you'll be no ones rival) Yellow Moon (love the mood of this song & MM soloing) Red Mosquito (MM awesome fuzz tone) Amongst The Waves (song just soars, very uplifting) Gone (after recently watching AOL sessions version on you tube)

i want to hear gigaton in its entirety, save for maybe 2 songs. i didn't put those in my list since i'm pretty sure they will already be in rotation on the next tour.

It was awesome when they brought hti and who you are back on the 08 tour. Hti is so damn good live.
They opened with it in Halifax in 05 which was supposed to be my first show. I missed it due to work and my wife and I have been chasing it ever since. Here is to hearing it in the new year!
