Most of the time you have to input them as you buy them.
Im not sure if it has changed recently though?
I'm pretty sure you have to do once you click the i want these tickets button. Once they allocate a ticket to you they hold them in your name for a few minutes so you have time to do all the paper work.
ahh I'm only a member for PJ, i never believed in fan clubs, always thought they got enough money out of ticket prices and merchandise.. and that's why, even though i've loved PJ for 16 years or whatever.. i have a ridiculously large 10c number. Stupid Pride.

So still couldnt get tix... got my mate at one of the venues in surfers and they havent popped up in system yet either.... but somehow they are selling them to her... weird.
