well, you'll be pleased to know i topped that off with getting lost talking a shortcut home in the town golf course - theres a creek thru the middle of it - and i couldnt find the stupid bridge could i ... so i probably walked twice as far as i should have if i'd just stuck to the tarmac in the first place
and no again - i strangely dont get hangovers - unless i drink white spirits, then it can get verrry messy

Baaaaaaaaahahaha
That reminds me of one night I was staggering home from the local pub and decided to take a "short cut" across the town oval......was all ok until I hit a dark part of the oval and got a bit scared and started running  I'd forgotten about the wooden benches going around the edge of the oval and ran straight into one and flew right over the top and landed flat on my face
I'd forgotten all about it until the next morning when we noticed the massive bruises across my legs, where they'd hit the bench OUCH! LMFAO!
you so werent at the regular pick up place...so i had to go without...
Huh?

That is GORGEOUS!!!!! I assume you took that photo, Eileen? Great shot! You had a perfect spot to watch them
I didn't actually.. stole that photo from the Sydney Morning Herald website. I think that photo was taken from someone's boat in the harbour. Watched the fireworks from a building on the other side of the bridge.
