it's ok. Haven't listened to the SNL performance yet though. Dozed off right after the first skit on SNL and woke up right before the Foo's came on for Times Like These

Not only that, but that record was decently priced, shipping was not bad.   Made it an instant purchase for me.

Shame Shame kind of reminds me of “Sweet Sour” by the Band of Skulls.  I really like the song.

That new Foos song is even worse than Dance of the Clairvoyants.
    Absolute horse manure.
After two dire albums this is a make or break album - bad start.

After a couple of listens, Shame Shame doesn't really do much for me. It just doesn't rock like I expect a Foos song to do. I still welcome a new album and maybe the rest of it will rock a little harder.

dave said in an interview that this album is a "party record", and while Shame Shame is different than anything they'd ever done before, and isn't exactly indicative of the rest of the album, it has its purpose and has a place on the record (reminding me of DOTC).

Shame Shame is alright. Kind of strange that they went for a song that features Grohl's singing as much as it does. He ain't the best singer in the world.

i think he has a fabulous voice for rock. he doesn't have much range, but i think he's a great singer. he can sing soft if it warrants it, and he can scream like the devil if it calls for that too.
