    Get Radiohead's album online.... it's pretty f'ing good :) I can't stop listening.
Also get The Postal Service's album.... Interesting sounds.

On a side note... Powderfinger's Ballad of a dead man sounds to me like it's been out for years.. wtf?! Oh I love that song though... Love Burning Fanny's voice! But he dd rip of Try Whistling this by Neil Finn... "If anybody comes to do you harm or pin you down.. i'll take your place...." Is kinda like Neil's.. "And if someone tries to hurt you I would put myself in your place"
oh well.. they are both great artists.. The Finger and The Finn :)

    Fooey's album is great!

... but I have to say the Miss Indy girls are much much nicer this year than last year. They even came up to the Kitchen and thanked all the fella's for cooking their food.... the boys all had their tongues hanging out and im sure massive erections!!
Had a few drivers in aswell, which is cool.... although I was too busy running my arse off to say hello to any of them.. But the V8 boys are my fav, so when they come in this week I will be happy :D

They obviously arent Meter Maids then ;)

Might have been the fact that the Miss Indy's finished with Banana Splits?... not the dessert...

haha @ thinking the kitchen staff had erections...

Never mind me woman, why aren't you down the shops?!?!?!

Just been raking through my stuff and I've found something that'll give us an extra bit of "shine" to our weekend up at the Gold Coast. I found my last packet of Kava that was bought for me by the ex when she went to Fiji.

Who's up for some body numbing drinking rituals? :D

I've not long crawled out of bed...man :D Ooh-ahh  I think I'd managed about an hours sleep this morning.....which was more than you!
So, I got the boys off to school and Maddi was still asleep so I went back to bed.

Just need a couple more coffees and ciggies and we'll be off...ok?

Kava? Never heard of it? But I'm game

    Bring it on.

Finally got off my date and rang a physio. 150 an hour is that about right?

All the personal trainers at my gym use him so thats a good reference but he's sent me 10 pages of questionaire to fill out with over 400 questions ranging from my poo, vaginal discharge, eating habits, sex, liquid consumption, do I sweat, sore feet - you name it!

So Im assuming its gonna be a sorta lifestyle thing as well. Besides all this he is apparently awesome at pinpointing the reason behind your problem - such as whether it stems from your hips, hammy's etc.

Should I do it or just find another physio that goes straight to the muscle/body part. Do I need all the hippy shit? I eat very healthly and keep in shape

150 actually sounds quite cheap. I'd go with this guy if I were you!! He sounds good and his results will probably be lasting, rather than just a quick fix.

Having said that....if you have 'vaginal discharge' I'm thinking you're gonna need more than a physio

Really. Yeah Im sure the results will be lasting. I can tell you know he's gonna tell me not to drink 50 schooners a week (and every night) and give up the hoochy mumma.

Its the most comprehensive questionnaire Ive ever seen....better than an anal probe I suppose

He might not. He sounds very similar to Glenns chiro - practically wants to know how mnay times a day he farts  and he's never said anything to Glenn about all the beers and dope smoking.....he's mentioned certain foods and is always telling him to lose some weight, but never the other 2.....Glenn would've stopped going otherwise :D
  • Well I'm off to hit the shops :D
I've put on weight while Glenns been away :( Must be the lack of exercise ;) It's NOT all the chocolate!! :D So need some Summer clothes that fit me to bring to Sydney.

Have a good one folks and I'll probably catch you all tonight.

Damn, i went to WOW today and they had the fooies+shirt thing but all the shirts were small.

    i need an XL

and yeah the shirt did look cool, it's got the bomb thing on it and says foo fighters.

wow also had the skin and bones DVD for $12, the ben harper live at the hollywood bowl DVD for $8 and some other shit i could have bought for cheap, i could have easily spent $200 there today but being the tight arse i am i didn't spend a cent.

I might try a JB tomorrow and pick up the DVD.

It was a white shirt with some red and blue on it.

I reckon an XL would swim on my scrawny body
