On a sad note, I picked up my Powderchair tickets today from the Ent Cent.
When I got home I realised I'd lost them :(
I rang up Ticketek and they said there's nothing they can do because they don't replace GA tickets........there's my birthday present from mum & dad gone :(0 -

Tickets can be replaced.. that's a crock of shite.. they just say that for all the dodgy people out there...
I feel that the 'not replacing tickets' before the event happens is in the same boat as shops saying that they do not give refunds!! which is illegal
Seriously though.. your credit card company have the means and ability to take back money on those tickets.. get a hold of them and at least enquire mate0 -

At the risk of sounding stupid (how unusual;) ) I assume you've been right through your car, pockets etc etc ETC. Geez, I feel sick, so I can't imagine how you must be feeling :(0 -
The DVD arrived today (cheers Brendan!) but I have to wait until Monday to watch it with Linc. We promised each other that if either of us got it early, then we'd wait to watch it together over a few beers. It's just sitting there staring up at me. "Please watch me". Bloody hell.Brisbane 8/2/03 -- Adelaide 16/2/03 -- Melbourne 18/2/03 -- Brisbane 10/11/06 -- Brisbane 11/11/06 -- Melbourne 13/11/06 -- Melbourne 14/11/06 -- Adelaide 21/11/06 -- Adelaide 22/11/06 -- Perth 25/11/06

I just got this joke in email though!!
A young blonde woman in Sydney was so depressed that she decided to end her life by throwing herself from the Harbour Bridge.
She went down to the bridge and was about to leap into the frigid water when a handsome young sailor saw her tottering on the edge of the Bridge crying.
He took pity on her and said "Look, you have so much to live for.” I’m off to Europe in the morning, and if you like, I can stow you away on my ship.
I'll take good care of you and bring you food every day."
Moving closer, he slipped his arm around her shoulder and added, "I'll keep you happy, and you'll keep me happy."
The girl nodded yes. "After all, what do I have to lose?"
Perhaps a fresh start in Europe would give her life new meaning.
That night, the sailor brought her aboard and hid her in a lifeboat.
From then on, every night he brought her three sandwiches and a piece of fruit, and they made passionate love until dawn.
Three weeks later, during a routine inspection, she was discovered by the captain ."What are you doing here?" the captain asked.
"I have an arrangement with one of the sailors, who's stowed me away" she explained "I get food and free passage to Europe, and he's screwing me."
'He certainly is," the captain said. "This is the Manly Ferry. "0 -

The only saving grace I suppose is that the whole package is still complete (tickets in envelope with receipt still affixed with my name on it)
I'm not holding my breath though. I doubt there'd be many people who'd find a $100 ticket on the street and decide to hand it back :(0 -

ozsmalltowngirl wrote:I can honestly say that if I found something like that, it wouldn't even cross my mind to keep it. I'm thinking positively that whoever found it will hand it in or contact you. Have you phoned the Ent Cent? Even just to let them know what's happened.
Yeah I phoned them. I spoke to the woman who gave me the tickets this morning and she remembered me. She was so apologetic but said there's nothing she can do.
She said that hopefully someone will hand them in, but if no-one has then she told me to give her a call 1 week before the show.
This is gonna be the most frustrating month ever :( Do I buy another ticket or do I hope that this nice lady can pull a few strings?
I'm off to work.......catch ya's all tonight!!
PS. Glenn (not yours Kylie) if you read this don't worry because whatever happens I'll still get those stubbie holders for you0 -
