In Minnesota the rule was changed yesterday. There were probably already votes in the mail that will now not be counted. This is not about voter responsibility. This is the federal courts putting its Thumb on the scale for their guy.
Turns out I was wrong. The screw up was the Minnesota Sec of State office. I can't totally blame the voters who fuck this up; but the blame is on (mostly dems) here and not the feds.
