I'm just checking the news. Glenn sent me a text saying that he felt his bed moving around from the earthquake last night. I haven't heard anything about an earthquake.....so must make sure that that's the only reason he felt the earth move last night

Where the fuck is the Vic boot?

I'm still feeling sick....can't look up, can't look down, can't roll over onto my side, can't put my head on the side. I've self diagnosed myself and I think I have this:

If vertigo is the main symptom and occurs after sudden movements such as rolling over in bed, the cause likely would be benign positional paroxysmal vertigo (BPPV). Doctors believe the condition is caused when microscopic crystals break loose from the bottom of the inner ear, where they normally help us sense balance, and float in the balance canals.

A simple test called the Epley maneuver diagnoses and relieves BPPV. This treatment involves rotating the patient into various positions that help return the particles to the bottom of the inner ear. Severe cases may require medication and one or more treatment sessions.

So basically I've got crystals floating around my head (Leigh always said I have rocks in my head!

)and they need to be put back in place by the doctor rotating my head into various positions. That's what I think anyway. I've emailed my doctor to see if I should go see him. I'm sure I've paid at least half of his house off for him by now!

Well Dr. Zig....I think you've hit the nail on the head there. It's a type of vertigo that I get when my necks out. Get it checked out girlfriend.....you can't be putting up with that any more - you'll end up stacking it or something and doing yourself an injury

I don't DISlike him....just never found him overly great. Like that song "change the world with my own two hands" -- BORING!!!! A lot of people I know loved it ... I found it bland.

Although I do like him doing Indifference with Ed.

seriously, go down to leigh's shop get "live From Mars" bung that in the cd player and have a bash.

i like ben, but as with PJ i think he is much better live then on CD

Yeah good idea... I got into Ben thru a mishap Napster download... shhh...

the file was labeled Eddie Vedder and Ben Harper and was 'Another Lonely Day' loved it, it was Ben Harper studio version (no eddie), found Live from Mars for $10 one day.. I was hooked. Seen him a fair bit now.. maybe too much, last time was pretty ordinary

was a school night after work though. Sorry Ben heh

Alright, I'll get Live from Mars and listen to it but I can guarantee I won't want to go buy it. He's just a little bit boring or something....I can't explain it.

And I don't think his voice is too flash either.

My own Two Hands is alright... when they play songs life they change them totally sometimes... Two Hands is mostly done Reggae style. Awesome musician... and if you have ever tried to play any... he has a musical timing that is his own....

I was thinking of getting it off the internet tonight....not Leigh's shop. Actually, it would probably be easier from Leigh...what was I thinking? Fucking rocks in my head!!!!
