I was once bodysurfing in some very massive waves... Best surf i've been in probably, it must have been good, i still remember it ;). The only scary thing about it were the shithouse surfers heh, the good surfers were fine.

It's quite easy to become a shithouse surfer when there are people in the way :D

Are you talking about the photo where the flash hides her face full of ten inch thick rolls that some people might call wrinkles? :) kidding of course... they are only 5 inches thick ;)

Yeah I know what you mean.

I was once at Narrabeen sitting on the waters edge with a mate one arvo and this young fella had just obviously got a new board for chrissy. Waves were about 4 foot (too big for this fella to learn) and every wave he went to catch he took off too late and kept going over the falls and getting hammered. Never laugh/cried so much in my life.

20 mins later another dude struggled in with blood streaming from his head after being hit by the learners board - we ended up having to drive him in his ute to Mona Vale hospital where he got 8 stitches whilst numb nuts stayed out there and practiced.

I hope the kid learning said "oops" before he went back to "surfing"... One of my pet hates are crappy body board riders in the flags.... damn them! Especially with Dad's that throw their kids onto waves obviously heading toward people... Get a clue! :) Anyway i have fun in the flags dodging people as i ride down waves :) i have NEVER hit anyone!! The day i spoke about before wasn't between the flags obviously :)

Ballad of a Deadman reeled me in on the first listen. It's an awesome song and probably my fave song off the album.
Black Tears gives me chills up my spine and is awesome live.....trust me on that one ;)

Don't worry mate, you'll get your chance to hear it in September :)

I don't care for Black Tears.. haven't really had a listen... sounds rushed.. and probably was... Well the album version and changes.. poor Fingers...

Um... i'm not sure anything will top me hearing These Days live in London. The finger were in Spain days before hand when Spain had the Madrid bombings  Just Burning Fanny and his piano! Was very emotional :) (for me)
