    I still have an extra sealed one from RSD.   Im good.  

    I do wonder if they’re pissing off RSD tho.   Im sure “RSD exclusive” isnt a big binding contract but its definitely used as a way to get people into the stores for RSD.  Makes no difference to me.  This should've been released in 1993.

    No release date yet but that's fairly standard.

    The RSD people don't give a shit. Especially once its sold out. Their job is drive foot traffic into stores twice a year, after that they don't care what stores or artists do.

    I'm wondering if they are just selling RSD stock that TC held back from the original pressing in order to help promote the CD and streaming versions of this. So all part of the original 13k run. If they keep adding more vinyl stock or it appears on Amazon etc then it's something else, but just seems very strange that so little vinyl is available in the current sale - why limit it at all?

    Would be weird if they said all 13000 were sold already. Even though some record stores were getting them late. I saw on Twitter one store got 4 last month or a couple of months ago

    Doubt it, local record store said it was being released Oct. 22 and way too many stores advertising it for it to be leftovers

    Cool, thanks. Hadn't seen anything yet about vinyl being available elsewhere but that makes much more sense.

    Sony's b2b site only shows the CD for 10/23. On Epic/Sony Legacy. They do not list vinyl.

    I don‘t think they‘ll make the vinyl available elsewhere. This was an RSD exclusive title. I think they only hold back a few copies to accompany the CD release. That‘s it.

    Though, in every article, every link to pre-order the vinyl is just to 10C, and those vinyl pre-orders are sold out.
    So technically the vinyl is being released, along with the CD, on 10/23, like the articles say. However, the vinyl pre-order is sold out, as of now.
    Maybe more will be put up for sale there, and/or elsewhere, when we get closer to the release date, but as of now there is no indication that more vinyl will be available.
    Bottom line... Who knows?

    This is pretty accurate.
    I work in music distribution for a large online music retailer. My Sony rep has basically told me, "No vinyl is coming, as of now."
    I've only been given the product info and inventory to sell the CD.
    That's the status as of now, anyways.

    That‘s only news outlets picking up on that Instagram post. I didn‘t find a single pre-order link for the vinyl. I‘m pretty sure this is 10C only.

    Seems pretty clear now that the original assumptions were right - it’s a CD / digital release that 10C put out along with their remaining RSD vinyl stock. That might change but I think the vinyl availability has come and gone again.

    I still find it funny how back in Nov/Dec, after these sold out quickly for RSD, that some people were shouting back then,
    "You're foolish to pay the inflated $60+ price tags on ebay. More will be released soon (as in last Nov/Dec), and flippers will have to sell them for under cost because the market will be flooded with them, because there are 13,000!"
    That never happened.
