Dang it PJ! We were on the list.

The band originally planned to spend 2020 on the road supporting their new album Gigaton, which would have given them a platform to expound their message from the stage and register fans at venues. “The last leg of that tour was supposed to be right around now in St. Paul,” says Ament. “We hand-picked a handful of states we thought were important to visit in middle of this and support candidates that we believe in in those states.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Disappointment from no show in 2020 aside, consider this great news, assuming they reschedule all shows, which seems perfectly reasonable.  St. Paul in 2021!!!!

unfortunately it sounds like they routed it to correspond with the election. i wonder if that will change drastically after trump's in prison.

And let's face it, this fall would have been some incendiary shows in these parts we haven't seen since 2003. If Trump wins, we get a wind out of their sails depression show, and if Biden wins, we get a relaxed Backspacer style tour. Either way, Covid hosed what would have been some of the greatest shows we will probably never see again.
