    S_C, I just now read something you posted in the Anxiety thread. I had no idea that you were going through such a hard time when I said to eat something and get some rest. As if it were just that easy. 

    The fact that you felt the need to speak up about the situation even though it was meant to be private, says a lot. I know you wouldn't take that lightly.
