Dear friends and lovers, I put this song up on my YouTube this morning. It’s a song for dreamers and overthinkers. Who among us hasn’t seen that good-looking person on the other side of the room and thought about what might be if only you had the guts to pursue it?     The thing about this song is, I personally love it. Sure, it’s made by a couple of guys that aren’t the most talented musicians in the world, but there are cool parts. For example, the string section in the breakdown is actually played on guitar! But when your influences are bands that aren’t very popular and your music is a derivative of your influences, the odds of you making a popular song are not very good.
