    alright. i've defended the guy ad nausem in the past, and i still stand by it in the context of those discussions. i haven't changed my mind from before, but recent things he's said/done on social media have me wondering what the fuck he's thinking. i just can't be down with his peddling covid misinformation (vitamin D kills it) and whining about wanting to reopen the country when he lives in privilege in a bunker in LA with his millions and doesn't give a flying fuck about joe schmo, and he somehow is able to test every single guest he has when the regular population can't get a test. 

    and things he's been retweeting and shit. jesus. he's so out of touch. gonna be hard to go back to watching his podcast, which often was actually entertaining.

    He is friends with Alex Jones.  I mean how surprised can we be.  I have defended him in the past as well based on some of the actual insightful discussions he has had with different people like NDT, Elon, Steven Tyler and others, but I agree lately it seems his true colors are flying

    he is friends with him, yes, but also has said that he feels he has gone literally crazy in the last few years. i think joe on some weird level is able to compartmentalize people and separate what they say and do from the person and just kind of laugh at everything they do, instead of taking any of it seriously. i guess his privilege is showing in that he doesn't seem to care if it doesn't directly affect him or his peers. he tends to get all up in arms when people criticize comedians. but he can let alex jones spout off about hilary being a pedophile and sandy hook being a hoax.
