Quick question: Can you still use cloves of garlic if they have little green shoots growing out the end?

    I don't know....never really thought about it.

I do......I don't see why it would hurt, seeing as though they have green shoots/stems coming out of them before they're put in the shop? It's never done us any harm.

    I dunno??

I wasn't 'bragging'. No one says anything when other members mention their recreational drug use....I mention one time and everyone has the downs?

But I apologise....you obviously don't like hearing about it and you never will again.

Perhaps I hold u in high regard Miss Ziggystar.....

I've missed the last 2 Fridays....got a little bit sick of it and the last time I got it didn't taste too good. HOWEVER, I think I might give it another shot tomorrow! Might buy some prawns as well.

What sort do you get? I get combination seafood (8 rolls) - tuna, seafood stick, prawn, salmon etc.

It just tasted a bit TOO fishy....it wasn't off but didn't taste like it normally does.

Yep, still got those cravings....probably because I haven't bought iodised salt yet! Well, that's my excuse anyway. The cravigns aren't as bad. It's not compulsory to have anchovies constantly in the fridge anymore.

I do like octopus on the barbie....but I haven't had it for a loooong time. The only seafood I don't like are fresh oysters. Kilpatrick and mornay are good though. :D Damn you for making me think about seafood. **runs to kitchen to look for sardines** :D
