I think VMP has a repress of this one, too. I should grab it.
Yes, you should!

If you have never heard “The Criminal” by these guys check it out. Then you will listen to the rest of the album. Fantastic...found this one in VG+ for $10CDN. Happier than a pig in shit 😎
Me too^^^saw his lp kickoff show at this dudes house! Didnt know the songs no lp yet. Hard to admit, but mad tears for the first few songs. Asked for setlist and got hooked up. His music hits me hard.
Still can't get myself to open mine, cause I can hear all the tracks on other releases.
It’s sounds great. Nice piece of vinyl.
But I understand the sentiment. The only songs on here I don’t have on vinyl are I got Id and MOTH.
MOTH was played at my Dad’s funeral a couple years ago (at my behest of course). I will get the soundtrack on vinyl at some point... for now I got this.
Hmmm^ have to check that one out. Found his live box set and spun a little. He's a great storyteller.
Which box set?
Excellent versions, but just average wax. Of course that record was a monster seller.
If you like Bruce’s lyrics, the the Wild, Innocent is for you. While Born to Run gets all of the attention, I prefer this record, the one right before BTR. I think it’s his most cinematic record. Every song is a movie, telling seven different stories, all about Jersey and New York. You can practically smell the cotton candy during Sandy (4th of July).

Not knowing much historically about Band of Gypsys, it was cool to read Billy Cox’s note about the how and why it all came to be.
