It's her voice i think as well, really loved her in 200 Cigarettes. it's like liking your older sister's best freind when your 12 and shes 16, she may not be the hottest but she's there at that age and you just gets fixated.

You mean "Data"? That kid must have had a blast as far as child actors go though. I mean he gets to be Data in Goonies, and he gets to be Short-Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
Great to see everyone joined in. I remember watching Bands Reunited and someone would always hold out would be difficult to make a sequel, would have to probably go the Vacation route and have their kids as the new leads

Definitely one of the top 3 movies I saw as a kid and still watch on a regular basis today. I too made the pilgrimage to Astoria in 07 and stopped by the Goonies house. Took a couple of pics next to it, then went down to Canon Beach to see the haystacks. Really neat area. As a kid I thought it was filmed in Astoria, Queens!!
@Corduroyboy OMG you went there, amazing! This film was our favourites growing up and we used to watch it on video every Saturday. I'm 43 now and his film takes me back to my childhood in the 80's.
