Apple TV x Dolby Atmos

The videos in the film are the same videos that the band put up on YouTube. It’s just the audio mix is “different”.0

Ok. Whatever you say. I watched this on a TV without Atmos (or even a sound bar) and it was fantastic and then I watched it on a 7.1 stereo system with Atmos and it was also fantastic. Beautiful mix. Saying this is like watching Youtube videos is dumb, because this is absolutely awesome regardless of how you watch it. You can put it on and just let the album play, with some visuals. What's with the posturing here?JPPJ84 said:

Just watched it listening through my main system. No Atmos here but it sounded awesome. And the visuals are just fantastic. Give it a go it’s worth it IMO.0

Sorry for being dumb, I was just trying to make him feel better about not being able to see it. I’m not either by the way, just on my phone.JC38557 said:

I've been trying to watch this on my Roku. I can sign in on the Apple TV app OK, but when I click on "Play Movie", it says "To watch this content, sign in to the ITunes store".
Anybody have a suggestion on what to do? Couldn't find anything online except clearing account etc. (which didn't work)0

Ok, so I'm going to watch on my iPad Pro - have a year of Apple TV free on there. Hoping the playback comes through on headphones, like Soundgarden Superunknown did on their DTS app years ago. *That's still fucking badass if you all ever get to put your ear on it, holy shit. Sound coming at you from all angles.

I am watching through my Amazon Fire Stick. I just downloaded the Apple TV app, and signed in using my Apple ID and password that I use on my Iphone. I think it said you could create an Apple ID if you don't already have one.pearljammr78 said:

            This is such an amazing album. I only have stereo sound but I really enjoy watching the visuals with the songs. I love some of the close caption errors. “Dixon vixon viloins” 😂Star Lake 00 / Pittsburgh 03 / State College 03 / Bristow 03 / Cleveland 06 / Camden II 06 / DC 08 / Pittsburgh 13 / Baltimore 13 / Charlottesville 13 / Cincinnati 14 / St. Paul 14 / Hampton 16 / Wrigley I 16 / Wrigley II 16 / Baltimore 20 / Camden 22 / Baltimore 24 / Raleigh I 25 / Raleigh II 25 / Pittsburgh I 250

The mix is very good with the mid tempo/slower songs, much more immersive with the rears and ceiling atmos (I got 4 atmos ceiling speakers) The rockers don’t benefit much at all in my opinion. Hope this gets released via physical media, blu-Ray disc. I want to hear this in it’s pure form, not streaming on my appleTV. Fingers crossed.Post edited by j3brow1 onthe all encompassing trip0

This is different right? This sounds to me to be a diff audio track. Maybe every track. Except DotC.0

Please let there be a physical release on Blu-ray!!!"I'll end up alone like I began..."
