I keep trying to convince myself to get the Kryzstof, but I couldn’t even keep it safe until it was time to frame without leaving it in the tube.

This goes live today 4pm PST / 6pm CDT (9am Australian time) at www.beyondthepale.com.au - I have had a few people ask what the story behind this image was so here it is - basically we were asked to reinterpret the album cover to the new @pearljam album Gigaton - based on the themes around the music and the album cover itself I started reading about ice caps melting and permafrost being exposed and one of the visually interesting (but very worrying) things that is happening as a result of this was that more mammoth skeletons were being uncovered - that basically set the path for the illustrations and I went from there! Cheers! #pearljam #gigaton #tsurt #screenprinting #kentaylor

    +1 Kryzstof!

    From his store page:

    Pearl Jam Gigaton

    By  Krzysztof Domaradzki

Artwork inspired by Pearl Jam’s 11th studio LP Gigaton. This is a large format 7 colour serigraph (30inch x 30inch) printed on 100% Cotton Archival Paper with hand deck led edges (320gsm Coventry rag). Each print includes official Pearl Jam serial numbered security label on verso. All my copies are hand numbered and signed and have even numbers.

    IMPRTANT INFORMATION — PLEASE READ

Due to the global Covid—19 situation the shipment will not be as smooth as it used to be. Currently, the Polish Post does not operate internationally and the shipment can only take place when things have settled down, which is likely to take a few weeks. However, sticking with the Polish Post (rather than global companies such as UPS) will not only save many local workplaces but it will also significantly lower the shipment price (by almost 200%). We hope this makes sense. We will be reaching out to every person who buys the art print: we will keep them up to date on the shipment process and provide them with any necessary assistance.

+1. On the fence for Ames. Not loving the art yet. Specially the EKG lettering on top

It’s great. I just don’t buy anything with birds on it anymore. Plenty of it out there.

I like it more after reading his description. Only reason I'd buy it though is to have the set

Love the Taylor Print. Love the detail. But can’t decipher what’s on top right orange box.

I'm really not drawn to it... even knowing about the mammoth.  But I have a friend who thinks it amazing. To each his own.
