agreed. those are team names we came up with in gym class in elementary school.

actually, our basketball team was called the Undertakers, at my suggestion.
    Darwinspeed, all.

St. Louis should have been the Vipers. That where Randy Orton is from.  Logo is already there and better than this one.

  • I remember the first time XFL came around. I went to the first game and froze my ass off at Soldier Field. Part way through the game they said we were such great fans, our tickets would be good for the next game as well...so I froze at that one too. Pretty sure I have a jersey somewhere. I went to a vegas outlaws game....not cold at all....we all got pretty shitfaced and there was a hot tub for the strippers cheerleaders. they also had He Hate Me  good times!

what I saw yesterday didn't seem drastically different, other than the PATs and kickoffs.

I would love to have an outlaws or salt lake stallion (AAF) t-shirt.

wish i could say i didn't see this coming.

shitty football combined with crappy attendance is not a good recipe for longevity.

st louis drew well, but we are so damn football starved that a high school state championship game would sell out our dome.

It needed time to build. They had good enough crowds. If COVID_19 didn't happen. Pretty sure there would have been a next season

It seemed to be exceeding expectations and building a few local niches.  A lot more viewership than I expected.  Would have definitely had a second season at a minimum (and I was very critical of this thing).

I feel bad for the players and employees.  This probably has more to do with the WWE stock price and very foggy future of spectator events.  McMahon probably doesnt want to fund a huge question mark league pet project right now.
