    Nor me - it showed as a pending transaction on my online banking for a few days after ordering then it disappeared.

    i just logged into the VirginEMI account and it’s showing as pending there too.

    Ffs, I had an email overnight saying the bank declined my card and a text from the bank saying unusual activity. Pearl jam, beer and streaming services are 'unusual ' according to my bank. I've reordered it and am very pleased that the single is still in stock

    Just got my vinyl this morning, but minus the 28 page booklet that was supposed to come with it. Did anybody else not get the booklet or am I the only lucky one?

    Mine was included but it was just loose inside the packaging rather than in the sleeve with one of the records.

    No vinyl / cd / single delivery for me today.  I know it has been said but it really is poor that something I ordered on January 13th will not be with me until the week after it has been released. The post lady delivered loads of other letters yesterday and today,,, It's a bit sad is all.
