They stopped paying right around the time of the postponement. Apparently TM intends to hold all payments until after the event. There's another thread on this topic (F2F money in limbo). 

I wonder if a petition with at least 100 signatures delivered to 10c could get 10c to get TM to make this right? I know there is debate on the other thread about TM perhaps having a justification but I think they can manage the risk to them while still not holding two payments for the same ticket, especially when so many people are struggling to make ends meet right now.

Legally TM cant hold two payments for the same tickets. If there is risk either give the tickets back to the seller, or pay the seller... It comes to cash available. If they took cash for sale, they are required to pay the seller. If the Buyer wants to refund it comes from the sellers CC - This whole thing makes no sense...

I am on the spreadsheet page for upgrades. It is the second tab. I had already gotten crappy tickets from the VF sale. So I was F5ing for upgrades.
