I wonder if a petition with at least 100 signatures delivered to 10c could get 10c to get TM to make this right? I know there is debate on the other thread about TM perhaps having a justification but I think they can manage the risk to them while still not holding two payments for the same ticket, especially when so many people are struggling to make ends meet right now.SHZA said:
They stopped paying right around the time of the postponement. Apparently TM intends to hold all payments until after the event. I thought 7:30 East Coast Time might work. I think that was going to be the start time for the Baltimore show. I will try to have this set up by Thursday and post the details. I have not set up a Zoom before, so I am hoping I do it correctly. I will give it a try and post the information in a few days. Hey everyone, took a break from here for a bit but the day just got a little brighter!! ...Hope everyone is staying safe and smart out there!
This will pass like everything else and we all will be hoisting beers in baltimore in good time! Until then, take care of yourselves people! "....we all walk the long road". 0 -
Legally TM cant hold two payments for the same tickets. If there is risk either give the tickets back to the seller, or pay the seller... It comes to cash available. If they took cash for sale, they are required to pay the seller. If the Buyer wants to refund it comes from the sellers CC - This whole thing makes no sense...SHZA said:

I haven’t looked at the terms and conditions but they may allow tm to pay after the event. The sale confirmation email though clearly said 7-10 days of the sale.craigraether said:

OK. So, I set us up a Zoom meeting room for Saturday night. I started it at 7:30pm East Coast time (when the Baltimore show would have started - sigh) - I hope everyone can pop in. I think the room can hold up to 300 people so if there are others in the Forum that don't regularly check this thread - spread the word. I have the "room" until 10:00pm. I assume people will pop in and out during those times. If we decide to make it longer, we can just start another meeting. See below for the information. I don't think you have to have a zoom account to join, but you may need to download the software when you first log in. I am bummed that I won't be in Baltimore Saturday night - but hanging out with you guys will take some of the sting out of it. Here is the info:Marni is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
