Same.  Based on all the album reviews, I’m not at all surprised.  I’m expecting this, Seven O’Clock and Retrograde to be standouts.

I am stoked for this album. I still feel that DoTC will not end up being the song everyone was so giddy about as time passes. That one took effort for me to climb on board, and I still don’t care much for the second half of it. SBWM was instant and these last 2 teasers give me the same feeling.

I was off the hype train for the new album once the tour was pushed back. I knew it was coming still but was having a hard time getting excited with all of the bad news surrounding us (and still surrounding us).  These two teasers have me excited again though. It sounds to me with all the positive reviews out and the music that I have heard this is going to be a phenomenal album and can't wait to dig into it.

That clip of QE is excellent. Love the sound and rhythm of the drums.

I am very excited. I think that the combination of those 4 tunes is the best set I have seen in a long time!

Had no idea that 10 seconds of a song could sound so damn good.

Quick escape does sound a lot like Soundgarden.  Did Matt write this one?

Sounding like a great great album

    happy for them, for us

the obvious themes of the album, the release during these tough times is very strange timing

but music has made tough times a lil easier

Quick Escape - Sounds like Plant is about to sing, not Eddie.  BTW, that was a great 15 seconds.
Up here so high I start to shake, Up here so high the sky I scrape, I've no fear but for falling down, So look out below I am falling now, Falling down,...not staying down, Could’ve held me up, rather tear me down, Drown in the river

Who Ever Said has the No Code vibe. I just hope Ed brings it on the lyrics/vocals, because Dance/Wolfmoon did not do it for me.

I think Quick Escape will be my favorite track on the record. Gonna guess this is a Gossard song.

Quick Escape clip sounds like it has some pretty big Zeppelin/Soundgarden influences.

My first thought was it sounded like Jack on drums. Seems a little jangly and loose for Matt, tho I know it’s Matt. Loving the variety so far. Hopefully the production and package creates a whole.
