    They didn't really go into a lot of detail.....didn't show the 'after operation' pictures......but from what I could gather, they used the finger as a basis to re-build his willy (which he'd lost to penile cancer) They left all the bones in it (permanent boner - sorry couldn't resist that one) but don't know about the nail :s
    They said it worked as far as having sex....

    there's 2 trailers there the first one where he jumps over the van is pretty short, the other one is a fair bit longer
