I reckon you ladies would love him. He's so quiet, and so modest. He's a really nice guy.
I knew it!!! He's got very kind, gentle eyes :) *sigh* and what a voice :D

I saw them once and that was enough for me. They're great performers but I dislike every album after "The Distance To Here"
I saw them on their greatest hits tour and was stoked when they played Shit Towne :D
LMFAO!! Great song!...."Gotta live, gotta live, gotta live...in Shit Towne! Gotta live, gotta live, gotta live in Dwellingup" ;)
  • One of my problems solved :D I just had another look on the Perth Airport site and they've just opened a 24 hour long term carpark....YEY!!!

Now we won't have to get a lift up there hours before our flight and we won't have to stay in a hotel the night we get back (at 12:15am)....we can now leave our car at the airport - so much easier :D

I know :o I keep pushing that part aside and think it'll work itself out when we get there :p But I really should sort it before we leave, I know.

Maybe the train will be the best bet? That idea sounded too scarey to me, when it was suggested a few months ago, but now that I've been on the train in Sydney, I think I'd be OK? :o

I might get onto the Brissy airport site now and have another look at our options.
  • The Airtrain stops at 5 places on the Goldcoast:
    Ormeau
    Coomera
    Helensvale
    Nerang
    Robina

Are any of those stops any good to us? I have no idea???? :S

    Oh wait.....this sounds good:

AirtrainConnect is our premium service for getting passengers from the Brisbane Airport to the door of their Gold Coast destination. AirtrainConnect also serves passengers that need to travel from the Gold Coast to the Airport. The cost for an AirtrainConnect is the same regardless of where on the Gold Coast you are headed.
The AirtrainConnect service involves a train ride to a Gold Coast station, and then a chauffered transfer to your accommodation or place of business. When you arrive at the airport, you will be met and put on a train and told at which Gold Coast train station to hop off. When you arrive, your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign to drive you the rest of the way.

I thought it was pretty good actually....cheaper than anything else.
Worked out to $37 each, each way. That's from Brissy airport right to the hotel door in Surfers and then visa versa when we have to go home.

It's stress free, which is good :D I don't want to be stuffing around in a place I've never been to before and have no idea of where I'm going.

Coach is $39 each and Rental car is $75 (driving would stress me out and I'll be so tired)
