Hey how about those 2 missing Ten Club singles!

It was purposely vague. Vinyl production could mean all of the above. Some dude here assumed it meant the pressing time and people who wanted to believe that ran with it.0
-
If there was any delay at all related to the vinyl, then they could have released the mp3's. They haven't. This has nothing to do with vinyl.

Correct. Its the band.0

I suppose the issue is that since they aren't pressed yet, even if they got them ready to press, they may not be able to due to that fire that knocked out where they made the vinyl masters :(

Eh, lot of variables at play there.Honestly given their stature and the run, I’m sure they could get them cut and pressed somewhere.0

honestly it's just really fucking sad at this point, especially with the new album being released with a limited edition 7" single on vinyl... obviously there were no issues pressing that and having it ready to ship on the release date with the new album...st. pete '94

Since that fire of a vinyl making plant burnt to the ground ,wouldnt it take even longer now ,since they have a new album to ship and singles as well ,and these are from 2016 /2017 singles it is interesting that these have not been pressed

Not necessarily.
There are still lacquers (the plate thats used to cut the audio so that stampers for plants can be made) out there and various mastering houses will run out in a matter or weeks to months. Also, there is a process called Direct Metal Mastering (DMM). Its mainly used in Europe, and what it entails is cutting directly to a copper disc which is then used to stamp the records directly. There's some audio quality loss, but its still a legit and commonly used process.
So there are options out there to get it done. You add the size of the run and the prestige of the band, I'm sure it could get done. On top of that, there sis one producer of lacquers left and his stuff is used by some of the best mastering places, so PJ could pay up to get in one of those houses queues to get these done. And again, given their prestige, I'm sure they could get it done.
but mainly, I do not think the hold up is due to pressing (The band could probably get these in about 2 months). Its the band delivering the tracks and making art or at least directing the art.0 -

Its the band delivering the tracks and making art or at least directing the art. This is why Tim Bierman's official response is so frustrating. He blamed the process of making a vinyl record as the reason why the 10c can not give us a timeline. Why not just be honest about the whole situation? He doesn't have to come out and say anything negative about the band but lying and deflection does not help the situation. If the band is truly the only hold up, it doesn't make me feel appreciated by the band that I've supported forever. I'm not asking for the singles right now. I'm only asking for honest communication.

I assume because he didn't want to put the band on blast in an official response to the Attorney General. By leaving it vague and calling it "the process of making a vinyl record" or whatever, leaves it open to any number of factors.0

MAYBE it's taking so long to put these singles out because the band has to sign every copy first and it's not easy to get them all in the same room at the same time to get them all signed.
