I don’t use social media so I had to wait for people to download videos. But it’s gotten a lot of people talking. Good gathering for fans. Same here dude. I was pretty satisfied with how it ended. I love how GOT complaints have popped up in a comment section for EVERY other thing I follow online since May. But, it seems like complaints about any & everything is pretty much the norm in 2020, lmao.

I basically agree with you. Art is art, but artists matter. My take on the final season of GOT is that if the show hadn't existed and GRRM had written (more or less) that ending, it would have been great. Because he has a authorial point of view, and Benioff & Weiss don't. When the plot zigs when you think it should zag in the books, you know that he's upending fantasy tropes and not just executing them poorly. And if the very end of the show - where the realm is pretty much back where it started but slightly worse off - was in one of his books it would have read as desperately bleak. In the show you don't know how you're supposed to take it because once B&W outran the books they didn't demonstrate any sort of point of view of their own.

An update on the Xmas singles to say they will be delayed again due to the new album release as there will be no hope in getting everything shipped by the end of the year.
