Ticket master vs ten club fans

What do you guys think of the press release ticket master put out on 2\5\2020. I was very irritated on this comment "I wouldn’t try buying tickets on the secondary market. You could get badly burned" my personal experience and of fellow true varified fans being part of this ten club are the only ones that got burnt on this "new way" of acquiring tickets. Havasupi found its way!
