2019If Biden were smart, he would issue a statement right now saying “For the good of the country, I will agree to testify should I be issued a subpoena.”
Make the republicans call his bluff. If they vote to allow witnesses he would probably be called anyway. If they don’t, he will still come off real well for the campaign. He can tell the American people that he was man enough to testify, why wasn’t Trump?
I really think this is a real smart move...which means they probably won’t have the balls to do it.
