    20 mins here as well. Then rejected for tickets about 10 times, then finally secured 4

    I was 1700 for St Louis. About a 6 minute wait to get in only upper bowl left.

    same thing happened to me. it wouldn't let me scroll down, ESC, or anything. I tried jumping to a different computer which wouldn't let me join queue because I was frozen on other computer. missed the entire presale. awesome.

    So confused. I have an email from "Tickets today-A Ticketmaster company" that say congrats, your going to PJ. We charged your card(which they did) and a receipt number. Today I get an email from Ticketmaster Verified Fan that says "Due to extremely high demand for the Pearl Jam Presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan, you are currently on the waitlist.". My card was charged last week....so do I have tickets or not. Is the second email for the other wave of sales???

    Thanks. I had to eventually hit F11 to go full screen so the “got it” button would show.  Cost me 2-3 min figuring that out.  I got 2 but wanted four.  Kind of a stupid pop up location but I’m happy to get my kids in the building now as well. Done complaining.

    I didn't think of that. I will check my computer just to see what went wrong. That way I will know what to do five years from now when I get another crack at it. haha.
