check that, I refreshed and it said 'Join Waiting Room' which is where I am now. It says the page will auto-refresh when sale begins. Fingers crossed, this somehow seems more stressful than the old "keep hitting refresh until page shows as on sale" method, since I'm trusting technology (and TICKETMASTER tech at that! UGH!). Wish I had won the 10C lottery so as not to deal with this....but if I'm going it will all be worth it.
I remember back in 1998 having to call a phone number over and over and i scored tickets to Minneapolis. nosebleeds but damn that was a great show. That was the most stressed ive ever been was calling the ticketline for a half hour hoping the show hadnt sold out.

the usual process is maddening....you select two seats then you get a "sorry someone else took those seats" message...after 10 times doing this and seeing good seats disappear your heart rate will increase....just stick with it. And keep in mind, if you only want two seats you WILL have to buy three seats together in some situations or the system will not sell them to you. It won't let you leave a seat stranded. There will likely be good seats that are grouped in threes because of this. If you are willing to buy the extra ticket you get all three. Then just sell the extra in the fan 2 fan.

It does not matter what time you enter the Que, you are placed in a random order to access tickets once it goes live. You can enter 30 seconds before and get in first.
...got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...

It’s pretty incredible how many people are so confused by this process

I own an IT consulting firm...process couldn't be any easier. This time it's an error---tried w/firefox, chrome or any browser..10C's paid until July, Ticketmaster account check... credit card ready....yet nobody can answer me. That's pretty incredible.

But what you claim you did doesn't make sense: you did not need a code to enter for the VF sale. I think maybe you're conflating the 10c lottery and the VF sale.

It does state "
Arrive 10 minutes early and complete these steps so you’re ready to go before the sale begins:
"and it's earlier than that, so I'm not concerned (yet).
