    What if Hunter Biden refuses to appear? What if the dems’ witnesses testified first and Hunter refuses to show up? Or, takes the fifth? As the prosecution typically presents its case first, why wouldn’t you offer that up and then tell the repubs to go pound sand? Or, can Hunter’s attorneys object to the line of questioning and get procedural votes or make Roberts rule on allowing the question(s)?


    The problem is every procedural vote will have enormous pressure from McConnell and trump to vote the party line.

    trump came out with his legal rebuttal yesterday and it basically says he has the power to do anything he wants.

    when is someone going to speak of Biden’s legal rights as a citizen?

    I am waiting for anyone to ask Dershowitz where in the constitution it says that a citizen has a constitutional right of due process among many rights except when personally being investigated by the president?
