So how did this all work?
So did 99% chance mean 99% for all priorities for that seat level/pick?
if GA 37% and Res 99% did that mean GA only was 37% and Best Available (BA) was 99% in with a 37% chance of getting GA?
Now wouldn’t that 99% be affected by people selecting BA and not getting GA so in effect RES is not really 99%?

Did BA default to GA for stats and Res only counted for the 99% chance?
if people posting are to be believed, some lower priority shows selected at the 99% were won while others lost same shows at higher priorities, is this a case of the 1%?
is this NBA style lottery where priority 1 gets more chances but a priority 2 can still sneak in?
thoughts?

Basically if you were going to 1 show and you selected reserved you going to win lottery if it’s 99%.Most of the GA was 20% give or take so if you only picked GA you had a 1 out of 5 chance. Aka not good. After that your 2nd and so on shows the percentages will go down significantly based on demand.0

Great so BA would have 99% odds then no?0

Do you think a lot of people requested more shows than they knew they were going to go to just for a chance, knowing now that they can dump them on the exchange if they cannot use them. I think this may have made a small contribution to some people getting less of a chance as some put in for more than they were ever going to use1996: Toronto

The odds for these shows were generally better than they were for previous tours.erebus said:Do you think a lot of people requested more shows than they knew they were going to go to just for a chance, knowing now that they can dump them on the exchange if they cannot use them. This is all possible that ppl but in for more shows and seems odds were better this time than last time as well. I wonder if ppl saying I got 6th priority and others saying I lost my first priority same show were not telling the truth or had issues with name matching/email matching.
its also possible that BA this time exhausted GA quicker than last time as I think people wanting to play it safe last time put in for Res0 -
I agree. In the past a lot of people wanted to play it safe and didn't attempt GA for fear of losing out altogether. I also think people put in for more shows will the fan to fan sale being a fall back plan if they decide to not want to travel to the selected shows later. Does the fan to fan sale only include 10 club members, or is it open to everyone? I assume the latter.JF116983 said:This is all possible that ppl but in for more shows and seems odds were better this time than last time as well. I think fan to fan is anyone and a way of ensuring tickets don’t get sold by scalpers - I have seen scalpers try to sell what they called Club tickets for prior tours (not sure if the tickets were club for real or not) but I like how now the tickets are phone only with names as this will disallow transfer and really hurt scalpers - scalpers are the reason that things have got more difficult for the people so phone tickets are the way to go in my opinion.0
