Happy Friday! This week I am going with the song title, "Wish You Were Here." Feel
free to go off the board if you don't see your favorite below. If anyone
else has a song title
they would like for me to include, please feel free to PM me!
- Pink Floyd - Released in 1975 as the title track of the album with the same name
- Incubus - Released as a single in 2001, off of the album "Morning View"
- Avril Lavigne - Released as a single in 2011, off of the album "Goodbye Lullaby"
- The Get Up Kids - Released in 2002, off of their album "On a Wire"
- The Bee Gees - Released in 1989, off of their album "One"
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

IncubusBack when Incubus's version come out, I was super into Incubus and loved Morning View. It's more personally how I enjoy the song than whether or not it's better for me.

Pink FloydThank you for introducing me to that Bee Gees tune @cdthomas1981 !
Wowow that was quite... mmmm something. I thought a melodic Bee Gees song might sway my vote but it didn't quite work that way this time

Pink FloydVoted for Pink Floyd because it’s such a powerful song (Syd Barrett and all) but I enjoy that Incubus song every time I hear it as well. Fact is,
I generally turn up the volume whenever I hear either 👍0 -

I still prefer Floyd over it (and sorry to Ed; to my ears, his voice just doesn't suit the song - at least from the versions I've heard).0 -
IncubusIncubus song was really good for the time when it came out. I still like hearing it too.0
