Happy Black Friday!  This week I am going with the song title, "Wait." Thank you @rummy for the title suggestion! Feel free to go off the board if you don't see your favorite below. If anyone else has a song title they would like for me to include, please feel free to PM me!
  • The Beatles: Released in 1965, off of their album "Rubber Soul"
  • Norah Jones: Released in 2004, off of her album "Stay With Me"
  • Sarah McLachlan: Released in 1993, off of her album "Fumbling Towards Ecstasy"
  • Death Cab For Cutie: Released in 1997, off of their album "You Can Play These Songs with Chords"
  • White Lion: Released as a single in 1987, off of their album "Pride"
  • Earth, Wind and Fire: Released in 1979, off of their album "I Am"
  • Maroon 5: Released as a single in 2018, off of their album "Red Pill Blues"
  • Chris Brown: Released in 2009, off of his album "Graffiti"
  • Wang Chung: Released as a single in 1983, off of their album "Points on the Curve"

    Death Cab for Cutie
    The only one of these I remember in great detail is the Beatles version.  However, listening through them all, I like Death Cab’s the best.  White Lion’s is a fun rocker.
    I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

    It’s a cover though, right? It’s by the Secret Stars? I like theirs better tbh

    I'm a bit embarrassed to say that I don't know very much about The Kinks...yes, I know Lola, You Really Got Me, All Day and All of the Night, Waterloo Sunset, Come Dancin' and.... that's about it. 
    A lot of people put them right up there with The Beatles, The Stones, and The Who. I guess I should (finally) start listening!

    Well first off the song is "Wait" not "The Wait". Second i'm guessing if it was to be added (which you can't add to a poll once already submitted) it would be for Killing Joke's version and not Metallica's since that is a cover and not the original.
