Is it hard to learn keys?

I am thinking of buying a used Casio keyboard.
Is it hard to learn? Is YouTube a great place to learn?
I am a self taught guitarist, not the best at it and am keen to learn keys so I can use that in my songwriting.

If you can play guitar and read music, keys are fairly simple to learn the basics.

Hmmm, when you play guitar, do you know which notes/chords you're playing? That would make the transition a little easier. Chords on the piano are a little more difficult when transitioning over, but it comes in time.

    I know only some haha.
Hey, the Beatles did not know how to read music either so that gives me hope.
