    No, I am saying the opposite.
    There is some legitimacy to the claim that this is a routine diplomatic conversation.
    The State Department has been working with/on Ukrainian government corruption for some time, Biden was a part of that, obviously.
    The quid pro quo is not nearly as clear and provable as those of us who think (know for a fact, really) that he is a shady scumbag would like to imagine it is.
    Having the State Department participate is a much more official and legitimate aspect than what he should be hammered on: his use of his personal lawyer and his clear grudge against his previous election opponent, which subtracts legitimacy of his preoccupation with his current election opponent.
