He claimed Bush got the Iraq war wrong based on wrong intelligence. Revisionist BS history and trying to come across as rational when he in his past was a major player in the toxicity of politics. As for Walsh, he’s running to the right of TeamTrump Treason and has suddenly seen the light? Fuck that and fuck them. If the repubs suddenly want to play nice, they need to purge their party of the Obama failure contingent and start fresh. Then maybe I’d give them a listen with half an ear to their compromises.

    Well then I didn't get the Christie thing. Haven't followed that.

    To rip Walsh though is foolish to me. Any incumbent who has had a primary challenger has lost. Trump has two. Walsh is one of them. I am on Team Walsh until he drops out.

    As impossible as it seems, we could potentially do worse than Team Trump Treason. Joe Walsh fits that bill. I hear what you're saying but I'd rather see a rock in the oval than Joe Walsh. And yes, Walsh has the potential to damage him by attacking his financial irresponsibility. Other than that, Walsh is to the right of Team Trump Treason where many of his base are anyway. Surviving multiple attacks from within the repub party has the potential to embolden Team Trump Treason more than surviving impeachment hearings.

    I used to watch him on FOX and thought he was entertaining.  I fell in love with him the day he dressed up as George Washington.  I lost interest when he started these crazy connect the dots conspiracy theories.  

    Well he is still doing these conspiracy theories and has a timeline set up about Biden and the Ukraine investigation.  

    My real question is how can I fact check his dates without going down some rabbit hole?  

    The political right won't except SNOPES as a valid answer for fact checking anymore so besides doing crazy google searches where else is everyone gathering info?

    The dates don't matter one iota.  Here are the facts, feel free to check them.  

    1. The Ukrainian prosecutor Vicktor Shokin had refused to investigate the gas company where Biden son was a consultant or board member.  
    2. it was official US policy and EU policy that this prosecutor should be removed for not investigating corruption.  Biden was the point person for that removal.  
    3. The new prosecutor, installed based on pressure from US and EU was Lutsenko.  He was prosecutor until very recently and he did the investigation and found no violation of Ukrainian laws.

    A former Ukrainian prosecutor who investigated a gas company tied to Hunter Biden said Thursday that there was no evidence the former vice president's son engaged in illegal activity.

    "From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” Yuriy Lutsenko told The Washington Post.

    Lutsenko, who served as Ukraine's prosecutor general from May 2016 until last month, closed the investigation into the gas company Burisma and its oligarch owner in 2017, The New York Times has reported. Earlier this year, Lutsenko met with President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and discussed Burisma, Lutsenko's spokeswoman told Bloomberg. Then in March, according to the Times, Lutsenko reopened an investigation into the company, though his spokeswoman has disputed that.

    The meetings with Giuliani were referred to in a bombshell whistleblower complaint unsealed Thursday that alleged that Trump had pressured the Ukrainian president to investigate the Bidens.

    In May, Lutsenko told Bloomberg News that his office had found no evidence of wrongdoing against Hunter Biden or his father, Joe Biden, who'd helped to oust Lutsenko's predecessor.

    That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, had been accused of failing to act in numerous corruption cases, including the investigation into Burisma. In addition to the United States government, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund have demanded that Shokin be replaced.

    “No American groups came to Ukraine for an investigation,” he told the Post.

    Lutsenko added that whatever wrongdoing there might have been at Burisma took place before Hunter Biden joined the company.

    “Hunter Biden cannot be responsible for violations of the management of Burisma that took place two years before his arrival,” Lutsenko told the Post.

    All you need to know is “put up or shut up.” Remember all of the controversies around Hillary from 30 years ago to today? Chants of lock her up still get chanted. If Biden or his son had done anything wrong, CYA Barr and the repub senate investigative committees would be all over it. Instead, Ghouliani is sent to the talk shows to gin up conspiracy theories. All of which have been debunked. They really should stop giving these factless bullshit artists air time to spread misinformation and conspiracy theories.

    There are plenty of reputable news outlets and by reading basically the same set of facts, you get an informed opinion.

    The dates don't matter one iota.  Here are the facts, feel free to check them.  

    1. The Ukrainian prosecutor Vicktor Shokin had refused to investigate the gas company where Biden son was a consultant or board member.  
    2. it was official US policy and EU policy that this prosecutor should be removed for not investigating corruption.  Biden was the point person for that removal.  
    3. The new prosecutor, installed based on pressure from US and EU was Lutsenko.  He was prosecutor until very recently and he did the investigation and found no violation of Ukrainian laws.

    A former Ukrainian prosecutor who investigated a gas company tied to Hunter Biden said Thursday that there was no evidence the former vice president's son engaged in illegal activity.

    "From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” Yuriy Lutsenko told The Washington Post.

    Lutsenko, who served as Ukraine's prosecutor general from May 2016 until last month, closed the investigation into the gas company Burisma and its oligarch owner in 2017, The New York Times has reported. Earlier this year, Lutsenko met with President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and discussed Burisma, Lutsenko's spokeswoman told Bloomberg. Then in March, according to the Times, Lutsenko reopened an investigation into the company, though his spokeswoman has disputed that.

    The meetings with Giuliani were referred to in a bombshell whistleblower complaint unsealed Thursday that alleged that Trump had pressured the Ukrainian president to investigate the Bidens.

    In May, Lutsenko told Bloomberg News that his office had found no evidence of wrongdoing against Hunter Biden or his father, Joe Biden, who'd helped to oust Lutsenko's predecessor.

    That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, had been accused of failing to act in numerous corruption cases, including the investigation into Burisma. In addition to the United States government, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund have demanded that Shokin be replaced.
