So looks like Sudsy's gonna be back early in the season now. Do you take a look at Sleaves or Kaep or roll the dice with the garbage with have now for a couple weeks in September?
As much as I would LOVE Kaep to play here for no good reason other than having people's heads explode, when are people gonna give up on the idea? How does anyone consider him a legitimate option at this point?

Also, holy shit if Wentz goes down regardless of ol' Sudsy being healthy. Pray for health at the starting QB position this season, people.

yup but that's pretty much every team in the league most years.   we got lucky with Foles for 2 years.  look at the positives. if this team is healthy on offense they are freakin stacked.

I don’t think it’s even a bold statement to say this is the most talented offensive team in franchise history.

Look at all all of those red zone targets.

The running game needs to be much better this year so we can get to the RZ. Hopefully our top 3 RB's don't get injured this year.
    Alright, alright, alright!

and to think some people around here used to argue pre-season was important.  as i've been saying for years, there is absolutely no reason to play any player of importance in pre-season. the risk/reward is just too damn high.  2 game 2 QBs.  hopefully all the QB injuries are done for the year.

Agreed. If Wentz goes down they're fucked regardless. But says much more about their assessment of Sudfeld, which is that they're acknowledging that he's not good.

He’s a veteran qb who knows how to play the position. Hopefully they don’t need him. Looked good last night though.

Arcega Whiteside had a nice night. Glad to see Clement play well too. I hope they keep him.

    Pre-season Star.
Also hope you won't need him - I want the birds to be great this year.
I always hated A-W when he was at Stanford.  Good college wr, though, I think he can be a good NFL player.
Fuck Stanford.  Their best NFL player was going to be Andrew Fuck but he retired.

I don't think i've been this excited for a start of a season for any philly team since the Phils in 2011 with the 4 aces.  It's definitely one of the top 3 most excited for a season in my lifetime.  this could be a lot of fun this year.

No, just my guess at the eagles record at the bye.

yes agree they will be lose to every team you deem to be good or decent on their schedule.  to bad we haven't been in a division that has had 3 totally shitty teams for 15 years.

The ‘skins haven’t been relevant since the 80s, the cowboys since the 90s and the giants were a for a few years here and there since 2001. Seems the division was ripe for a team to dominate, yes? Yet nobody did. Can’t fault the pats for the other three teams’ mediocrity and furthermore, if it’s such a crap division, then the pats would be “soft,” and be one and done, right? Instead, 9 AFC championships and 6-3 in Super Bowls. Not to shabby. Since 2001, how many Super Bowls appearances between NFC East teams?
