    He’s a perfect vp candidate.  Nobody ever was vp 2x. The Vice President is really nothing but a vote getter anyway. 
    Watch Oprah or Michelle Obama jump in if not Harris.  Biden can ONLY be a vp he did it once just about perfect so he’s got that second banana thing down pat
